This study assesses the Impact of Human Resources Practices on Organization Performance in Tanzania: A Case of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) in Morogoro Region. The study had four specific objectives and four research questions. The themes under these objectives were the four human resources practices namely: recruitment and selection; training and development; compensation and benefits as well as performance appraisal. The study employed a case study as well as survey research designs along with quantitative and qualitative approaches. It used a total of 32 respondents to collect data using questionnaire, interview and documentary analysis from NSSF regional headquarters and district offices.
