Vliv částečné substituce na vlastnosti hydroxyapatitu

The aim of this research is the synthesis of hydroxyapatite powders (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) by the precipitation method with the following synthesis conditions: the ratio of Ca/P = 1, the range of the pH value = 7). Another main target of this work is a partial substitution of the calcium element in the hydroxyapatite structure with selected doping elements (magnesium, zinc, aluminium, strontium) and subsequently assessed the effect of these replacements on the structure and physicochemical properties of hydroxyapatite. The synthesized powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) in order to identify the phase composition and crystallinity; the morphology of synthesized powder has been studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and for the anticorrosive purposes, preliminary corrosion tests were performed.Cílem tohoto výzkumu je syntéza prášků hydroxyapatitu (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) metodou srážení s následujícími podmínkami syntézy: poměr Ca/P = 1, pH = 7). Dalším cílem této práce je částečná substituce vápenatého iontu ve struktuře hydroxyapatitu vybranými prvky (hořčík, zinek, hliník, stroncium) a následně vyhodnocení účinku této subtituce na strukturu a fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti hydroxyapatitu. Syntetizované prášky byly charakterizovány rentgenovou difrakcí (XRD) za účelem identifikace fázového složení a krystalinity; morfologie syntetizovaného prášku byla studována skenovací elektronovou mikroskopií (SEM) a pro antikorozní účely byly provedeny předběžné korozní testy
