The present research sought to establish a set of teaching strategies that involved the mediation of data Technology and Communication (TIC) to provide meaningful learning, autonomous and skills development in digital native students, from primary school in Educational Institution (IE) Fe y Alegría of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). It was based on the qualitative paradigm, with a clear idea of “interpretation”, “understanding” and “relationship”, which made this research had a qualitative methodological approach and cataloged as an interpretive; with mode of an achieved project.
