The conclusion is that Islamic Religious Education is one of the mandatory curricula that must exist both in schools and madrasas. Madrasahs are schools characterized by Islam so that the madrasah curriculum has a greater burden than the existing curriculum in schools. This is because Madrasas teach all subjects in school plus religious subjects which are more numerous than the existing school hours. Each subject has almost the same characteristics at the level of Mandrasah Ibtidiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah.
