The oral expression and comprehension have been traditionally the communication skills with more problems to be teached at school. Nevertheless, is acceptable that the oral communication is imprescindible in the formation and in the adquisition of key competences for lifelong learning. Due to this, we have to accept that the oral word must be present at the classroom and take part in the student’s learning in a conscient way, not only in a working language one. To know the reality of teaching oral communication it is necessary to consider the system, concreted in the educational center, the teaching staff and the learners.
