Abstract : This study focused on developing video and animation for junior high school. It is done to solve the difficulties of teacher and students in finding good video and animation that can support students to master reading. In addition, supplementary materials which focused on reading skill is also developed to provide 24 hours learning by providing portable reading material in form of soft file so that can be shared in the WhatsApp group. The study employed Research and Development (R&D) adapted from Borg and Gall (1983) which covered five main stages: Needs Analysis, Product Development, Experts Validation, Try Out and Final Product Development.
