Pengaruh konflik keluarga, konflik kerja dan beban kerja terhadap stress kerja pada pegawai (studi kasus pada pegawai Universitas Islam Malang)

ABSTRACTThis research aim to : a) to know partially the influence of Family Conflict (X1), Job Conflict (X2), and Work Load (X3) to Job Stress (Y). b) to know simultaneously the influence Family Conflict, Work Conflict, and Work Load to Job Stress officer University of Islam Malang. The kind of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The source of this research data is spreading questionnaire (enquette and questionnaire) to officer of University of Islam Malang. This data used primary data. This analysis is done by using spss program. The result of this studi indicate that the variables of family conflict and work load partially affect the job stress. And simultaneous test showed that family conflicts, job conflicts, and work loads simultaneously affect job stress.Keywords: Family Conflict , Job Conflict, Work Load and of Job Stress
