Pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan (studi pada Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2016)

ABSTRACTThe study used secondary data in the form of Good Corporate Governance report and annual report of Sharia Commercial Bank in the period 2012-2016. The population in this study are all Sharia Commercial Banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Determination of sample using purposive sampling method that is Sharia Public Bank which publish report of Good Corporate Governance and annual report during period of 2012 until 2016 obtained 7 company. The analytical tool used in testing this hypothesis is SPSS version 21. The result of simultaneous research shows that Good Corporate Governance influence to financial performance proxy with ROA. Partially, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and the Sharia Supervisory Board have no effect on the financial performance and only the Independent Board of Commissioners has a significant positive impact on the financial performance of the Islamic Commercial Bank.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Sharia Supervisory Board and RO
