AbstractThis study aimed to find out the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Asset (ROA) toward stock return. All companies that have been registered as the member of Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2011-2015 were taken as the population of this present study. 37 companies then were chosen as the sample of the study using purposive sampling technique. The data collected from this study was analyzed using multiple linier regression.The finding of this study revealed that PBV had no significant influence toward stock return which is seen from the t-value 0.672 and the sig value 0.503.
