The judicial process is able to create stress and anxiety for people who pass through it. Some conditions of prisoners who are just undergoing detention are vulnerable to stress, anxiety that leads to suicide. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between religiosity and resilience in penitentiaries. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The total population in this study was 1195, with a target population of 437, and an affordable population of 137 fostered residents was obtained by simple random sampling.
