The purpose of this qualitative descriptive study was to explore how the culture of English-speaking Hispanic millennials influences their motivation to volunteer in nonprofit organizations in the southwest United States. The self-determination theory provided the theoretical framework for understanding how culture influences English-speaking Hispanic millennial volunteerism motivation.
