There appears to be an acceleration in the growth of non-destructive applications for monitor and detection quality of agricultural products, especially internal quality. These technological developments have greatly increased the demand of consumers to obtain a high-quality product and safe. Near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy one of the most important of these technologies.
