This study purposed to determine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation on Personnel Performance in the Office of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Gowa Regency. This study used a descriptive study with quantitative methods and approaches that described Work Motivation on Staffing Performance and Human Resources Development in Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development, Gowa Regency, as many as 46 people. Sampling technique used saturated sampling.
