The purpose of this literature review is to provide an in-depth review of the existing data on the impact of indoor plants on well-being, and in particular stress, defined as being both psychological and physiological, in individuals. Specifically, this paper seeks to provide a thorough summary of the empirical studies that have explored this relationship between stress and indoor plants in various settings and with differing populations
