BACKGROUND: It is difficult to visualise the larynx using conventional laryngoscope in the presence of cervical spine immobilisation. Hugemed allows easy and successful in the neutral neck position. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the performance of Hugemed in comparison with Mc Coy for ease of endotracheal intubation in patients with cervical spine immobilisation using manual in line cervical stabulisation (MILS) technique.
