The climate change issue has become a key concentration presently as states and individuals have begun to feel the negative impacts of it. Climate change is not a newly discovered issue and scientists had been concerned for a while, some had even warned the international community as early as in the 19th century. Against this background, the principal objective of this thesis is to outline and discuss International Climate Change Law Agreements with the aim to discuss and provide answers to a few important questions relating to the effectiveness of the available principles and mechanisms.
