Over the past twenty years or so, the State of Texas has been slowly developing from a ruby-red state where Republicans win up and down the ballot to a near-swing state in the last couple of elections. Every election cycle there is now a lot of conjecture as to whether or not Texas will finally go blue at the national level and the reasons listed are seemingly endless.
