The purpose of this study was to analyze the Services and Hajj Manasik Training Against the Performance of Jogjakarta City Ministry of Religion Employees Through the Satisfaction of Hajj Pilgrims. The research subjects were pilgrims, a sample of 100, sampling techniques with purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data in the form of primary data through questionnaires, data analysis techniques with SmartPLS. The results of the study: (1) the service variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, the parameter coefficient value is 0.996 with P-Value 0.003.
