The aim of this paper is to evaluate the probable impact of globalization on income inequality in Central and Eastern European countries during the period 1993-2017. The first two parts of this paper deals with theoretical aspects of globalization and income inequality, also examines quantitative methods of globalization and income inequality measurement. In the third part, the theoretical relationship between globalization and income inequality is presented, as well as academic discussion and currently existing findings on this topic.
