Socio-spatial exclusion, which is a combination of the characteristics of social exclusion added to the spatial segregation, generates in the individual a condition of isolation. Thus, an income, unemployment, a disability, an old age, with low density conditions, rugged topography, scarcity of air transport service, and other events that impede the mobility of people, generating immobility. Although immobility does not represent a condition of exclusion, it is important to identify barriers that impede mobility, in the case of a repression of travel.
