This thesis deals with the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, its development and current state of specific programs topics incorporated into the processes of the examined companies. The aim of this thesis is to find a right course of action for the implementation of a CSR program complying with legislative requirements, to define aspects of disclosing non-financial information and to identify key topics of CSR programs at the examined food distributors operating in the Czech Republic. The first section of the thesis focusses on historical development and theoretical background of the concept of corporate social responsibility.
