This thesis analyzes the current marketing strategy of the Manufaktura brand which operates in the cosmetic products market. The paper focuses on competition and changes in shopping behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also summarizes the latest trends in cosmetics. Part of the work is a quantitative research that targeted consumers of cosmetic products in the Czech Republic.
