Many of the previous research studies on innovation tend to focus on process and product innovations. It is, however, interesting to note that Organisational and Marketing Innovations (OMIs) could be the necessary prerequisites to optimally utilise and deploy such technological process and product innovations. This study proposes Organisational Ambidexterity as a necessary antecedent to develop the firm’s OMI capabilities.
