ABSTRACT This stidy is to examine and describe the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of PT. Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia. The population is all employees in the production sector. Samples were taken as many as 109 employees using proportional stratified random sampling technique with data using a questionnaire. The analysis in this study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, where the method used to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
