PENGARUH MODAL SENDIRI, KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR), DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN DENGAN LAMA USAHA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH DI KABUPATEN GRESIK

Gresik Regency is one of the milkfish producing centers in Indonesia which has the opportunity to develop milkfish processed by micro, small and medium enterprises in Gresik Regency, so that it will affect the income level of the micro, small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-capital, people's business credit, labor on income with length of business in micro, small and medium enterprises in Gresik Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The next objective is to determine the effect of own capital, people's business credit, labor on partial income which is moderated by the length of business in micro, small and medium enterprises in Gresik Regency. The method of determining the sample in this study uses the Probability Sampling method. By using the Slovin formula, a population of 178,000 business owners and a 10% error limit obtained a sample of 100 business owners. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and moderate regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that their own capital, people's business credit, labor on income in micro, small and medium enterprises in Gresik Regency have a positive effect both partially and simultaneously. The results of further research are the length of effort to strengthen the effect of own capital, people's business credit, labor on income partially in micro, small and medium enterprises in Gresik Regency
