PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PG. REJOSO MANIS INDO BLITAR

This study ains to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance in PG. Rejoso Manis Indo Blitar. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of 59 respondents. This study uses quantitative data and the data source used is primary data. Data collection using a questionnaire. The measurement technique used is the likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression equation, coefficient of determination, scale range, t test, F test and dominant test. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously compensation and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, individually, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment is the variable that most influences employee performance
