L’objectif de cette thèse est d’étudier différentes natures de revêtements de la paroi interne des capillaires pour la séparation de protéines modèles (lysozyme, β-lactoglobuline A, ribonucléase A, myoglobine et inhibiteur de trypsine) en milieu acide par électrophorèse capillaire. Les séparations ont été réalisées en utilisant un électrolyte volatil compatible avec un couplage avec la spectrométrie de masse. Le premier chapitre est consacré à l’étude de revêtements à base de multicouches de polyélectrolytes en faisant varier la nature chimique des polyélectrolytes, le nombre de couches, le pH et la force ionique du milieu de construction.
