Ce projet de thèse porte sur la synthèse, la caractérisation et l'évaluation biologique de nouveauxcomplexes polypyridyles de Ru (II) en tant qu'agents chimiothérapeutiques contre le cancer. Lachimiothérapie est l’une des principales stratégies anticancéreuses, ainsi, l’industriepharmaceutique et le monde universitaire sont très investis dans la recherche de tels agents. Lesmédicaments à base de platine, tels que le cisplatine, le carboplatine et l'oxaliplatine, sont desmédicaments à base de métaux, approuvés et utilisés en clinique contre le cancer.
