L’encapsulation de principes actifs (PA) dans des liposomes est utilisée dans de nombreux domaines tels que les industries pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques. Les liposomes sont des systèmes d’administration de médicaments utilisés pour leur relargage contrôlé des PA. Pour augmenter l’efficacité de peptides comme PA, nous cherchons à optimiser des liposomes en jouant à la fois sur leur composition et la structure des peptides. Les paramètres à améliorer sont leurs interactions, l’efficacité d’encapsulation et la cinétique de relargage.
