Pengaruh Faktor Internal dan Faktor Eksternal Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Jasa Sektor Keuangan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal factors (capital structure, profitability, managerial ownership, independent commissioners) and external factors (inflation and interest rates) of companies on firm value in financial sector service companies in the financial institutions subsector listed on the IDX in 2015- 2019. The sample used in this study were 16 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the capital structure, profitability, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, inflation and interest rates affect firm value. But partially, capital structure, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, inflation and interest rates have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value.
