Analisis Pembiayaan Syariah dengan Akad Salam pada Sektor Pertanian (Studi Kasus Yayasan Nurul Hayat Surabaya pada Petani Padi Bojonegoro)

The fate of farmers in Indonesia cannot be said to be prosperous. One of the contributing is the availability of sufficient capital for farmers, and this is due to the lack of financing channeled to the agriculture sector. Moreover, nothing has been channeled in the form of Salam Akad. This study aims to examine the application of sharia financing using the Salam Akad in the agricultural sector. This research used a qualitative method, and a case study type. The technique used in retrieving informants was the snowball sampling technique, while the technique used in data collection where interview, documentation, and observation methods. This study shows that the implementation of the Salam Akad carried out by each party is by the DSN-MUI Fatwa, where the used is the usual Salam Akad. The main obstacles in the implementing the Salam Akad in the agricultural sector are constraints originating form nature, such as pests, seasons, and disasters. However, farmers also suggested that they provide higher capital to cover all they land needs. Meanwhile, the opportunities for implementing the Salam Akad in the agricultural sector are considered high. Social intitutions, and Amil Zakat institutions can be used as the spearhead in implementing the Salam Akad in the agricultural sector. Keywords: Salam Akad, Agricultural, Sharia Financin
