This study aims to analyze to effect of variable exchange rates, interest rates and inflation on the stock price index of listed sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populaton in this study is a property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period from 2014 to 2018. Samples obtained using saturation sampling to obtain 60 data. Data analysis techniques used in research namely OLS (Ordinary Least Square) through the help of multiple software SPSS version 20.0. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,303. The result of this research shows that the simultaneously exchange rates, interest rates and inflation has significant effect on the stock prices.
