The study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of motivation, gender, working environment , social values, and professional training on the interest of becoming public accountant in accounting bachelors. The study uses primary data collected by disputing questionnaires to accounting students of STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The result of this research indicate that motivation, social values, and professional training effecting on the interest of becoming public accountant in accounting bachelors.
