The Purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the effect of trust, perceived benefit in the continuance intention by moderating religiosity in OVO services. This research methodology uses one hundred thirty respondents collected through questionnaires in the city of Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Respondents responses were analyzed using descriptive analysis through SPSS 16.0 and statistical analysis through WarpPLS 6.0. The results indicate that the trust has a significant positive on continuance intention and perceived benefit has a significant positive on continuance intention.
