Mediation in Russia: Law enforcement issues, tendencies and prospects

The article is devoted to the problems of law enforcement, trends and prospects for the development of mediation in Russia, examing the place and role of the mediation procedure in the alternative dispute resolution system (ADR). According to L.A. Sungatullina, the legislation on alternative dispute settlement procedures in Russia, is undergoing significant changes. However, in general, we can talk about progressive trends in legal regulation.
