A formação continuada e a identidade profissional do professor de Língua Portuguesa: um estudo no 9º ano de uma escola estadual de Gurupi (TO)

The present work directs to contribute to the discussion of the importance of continuing education in the (re) construction of the critical professional identity of the Portuguese Language teacher in the perspective of inclusive education, presenting some reflections on the initial and continued formation of teachers, as well as the effectiveness of inclusion laws in everyday school life. The discussion goes through both the method of interventional research and a specific reflection about the teacher's continuing education in the teaching-learning process of the student included in the regular teaching classroom through the collaborative critical research (THIOLLENT, 1994). teacher. The research instruments that may be able to achieve the desired objective are: semi-structured interviews, the procedure of documentary analysis and testimony. Therefore, the office of teaching necessarily involves the constant task of learning.O presente trabalho visa a contribuir para a discussão da importância da formação continuada na construção da identidade profissional crítica do professor de Língua Portuguesa do 9º ano de uma Escola Estadual de Gurupi na perspectiva da educação inclusiva, apresentando algumas reflexões sobre a formação inicial e continuada de professores, bem como a eficácia das leis de inclusão no cotidiano escolar. A discussão perpassa tanto pelo método da pesquisa interventiva quanto uma reflexão específica, em torno da formação continuada docente no processo de ensino-aprendizagem do aluno incluso na sala de aula do ensino regular através da pesquisa–ação crítica colaborativa (THIOLLENT, 2008) ao trabalho do professor. Os instrumentos de pesquisa que viabilizaram a consecução do objetivo pretendido foram: entrevistas semiestruturadas, o procedimento da análise documental e depoimentos. Participaram da pesquisa 02 (duas) professoras de Língua Portuguesa dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental. Espera-se que essa pesquisa possa auxiliar na implementação e desenvolvimento da educação inclusiva de forma efetiva em sala regular, conforme (MATOAN, 2003). Discutiremos também sobre a aprendizagem dos professores como um mero processo de continuidade e para servir de embasamento teórico ao estudo aqui apresentado, buscamos a contribuição de autores conceituados como: (ZABALA, 1998), (NÓVOA, 2003), (PERRENOUD, 2000) e outros.
