Introduction: This article is part of an investigation that has been carried out in the degree of pedagogy of the Faculty of Education, Philosophy, and Anthropology of the UPV/EHU. Objective: To identify the training needs of the students in relation to the transversal competences of the degree with a view to their insertion in the labour market. Method: The design used is exploratory, descriptive, and longitudinal.
