Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Program Bank Sampah The Gade Clean And Gold Di Kampung Kitiran Yosoroto

The innovation in community empowerment waste bank program is a form of development that increases the welfare of the community. Through community empowerment, Kitiran village which is located in Laweyan sub-district, Surakarta City implements the waste bank program The Gade Clean and Gold as well as investing in gold and developing the village as an educational tourism village for waste management. This study aims to determine the acceptance of ideas in community empowerment through the waste bank program The Gade Clean and Gold in Kitiran Yosoroto village. In the process, this research uses a qualitative descriptive method to explains the phenomenom through the collection of the data under study. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and participant observation. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling with five informants who were innovator, waste bank manager, garbage bank registrar, karang taruna and resident of Kitiran Yosoroto village. The results of this study indicate to local wisdom and dynamic, in the process using three communication channels that are used are interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication however Denok Marty Astuti as innovator is more using interpersonal communication because it more effective in inviting people to participate in this program. Furthermore, this research also goes through a fairly rapid process of innovation decision stages through the knowledge stage, persuasion stage, decision stage, implementation stage, and confirmation stage. Community unity generates acceptance of the program so that it becomes flexible and evolving social system
