Analisis Peraturan Mahkamah Agung No.2 Tahun 2015 dan No.4 Tahun 2019 Terhadap Putusan Hakim No.4/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Kra Tentang Gugatan Sederhana Di Pengadilan Agama Karanganyar

The procedure for settling a simple lawsuit is regulated in PERMA No. 2 of 2015 and No. 4 of 2019 with a nominal claim of a maximum of Rp. 500,000,000.00 with a simple procedure and proof. Therefore, the formulation of the problem can be taken, namely what was the reason for the judge in deciding the simple lawsuit case at the Karanganyar Religious Court? and whether the judge's decision is in accordance with Perma No. 2 of 2015 and Perma No. 4 of 2019?. The purpose of this research is to understand the judge's reasons for resolving a simple lawsuit and to understand the judge's decision in case No.4 / Pdt.G / 2019 / PA.Kra regarding a simple lawsuit is in accordance with PERMA No. 2 of 2015 and No. 4 of 2019. The research method used in this research is empirical normative, the method approach is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data and for data analysis using qualitative. Primary data is obtained through interviews with judges and parties concerned in the case as well as secondary data through intermediary media related to a simple lawsuit. The results of this study are according to the Karanganyar Religious Court Judge, which is the basis for deciding a simple lawsuit case is PERMA No.2 of 2015 added and updated PERMA No. 4 of 2019 Amendments to PERMA No. 2 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits. One of the advantages of a simple lawsuit is that the nominal value of the case is not more than Rp. 500,000,000, thus speeding up the process of the case. The results of the decision on case No.4 / Pdt.G / 2019 / PA.Kra are in accordance with the PERMA settlement procedure No. 2 of 2015 and No. 4 of 2019. The case was rejected as a simple lawsuit because there were several things that did not qualify as a simple lawsuit
