In Indonesia, land acquisition is more often done by buying and selling. A transfer of land rights must be carried out by signing the deed of the Land Deed Making Official (PPAT) and must be registered to be reversed in order to obtain valid evidence. However, due to the complexity of land sale and purchase management in the presence of the Land Deed Maker (PPAT), many people in Banjarnegara, especially in Sipedang Village, still use the practice of buying and selling land using an underhand agreement deed which of course can cause losses, especially for land buyers.
