This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of employees. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique, namely 106 employees. The data analysis technique used the multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. With a determination coefficient of 0.832, the effect of job stress, motivation and compensation on job satisfaction is 83.2%...
