Intraspecific variability is now recognized for its importance on ecosystem functioning. In the context of biological invasions, which can strongly impact ecological processes, it is of high importance to understand the determinants and the patterns of genetic and phenotypic variability to fully apprehend the consequences of invasive individuals on recipient ecosystems.
