He will use the data collected during this decade of investigation almost until his death in 1897. However, if the geographical information was processed almost exhaustively and published, the same cannot be said for the whole of his fieldwork, which was partially used by Antoine d'Abbadie himself and then in a fragmentary way by the scientific community.
