Event synopsis: At present International Human Resource Management constitutes the clearly defined discipline from an Academic, Pedagogy and Practice perspective. It has already reached its maturity and deserves to take a critical look at its bases and achievements. We also believe that it is the right time to discuss possible areas of IHRM development. IHRM is under an increasing influence of modern information technology and globalization processes, which may be perceived as invariable factors affecting it.
