La formation d'adultes médiatisée : entre applicationnisme technologique et réflexivité

International audienceThe new rhythms of life and economic injunctions have led us to the integration of new technologies in the field of education and training. How could this relationship between mediatization and educational sciences be beneficial for the learner ? This article contributes to the following reflection: does technology lead us towards an applicationist use of technique, by closing ourselves up to the poièsis where we must "consume time for exclusively useful purposes" (Salomon, 1992, p. 203) or does it allow us to think more about our nature and existence in the world, to give meaning to our practices, our training, our life, based on praxis ? First, we analyze the integration of technology in adult education as a socio-economic phenomenon. We continue with the study of new technologies in three adult distant trainings. Finally, we come to the modelling of the double alternation between distance-presence and theory-practice in adults’ education.Les nouveaux rythmes de vie et injonctions économiques nous ont conduits à l'intégration des nouvelles technologies dans le champ de l'éducation et de la formation. Comment cette relation entre médiatisation et sciences de l'éducation pourrait être bénéfique pour l'apprenant ?Cet article souhaite contribuer à la réflexion suivante : la technologie nous amène-t-elle vers une utilisation applicationniste de la technique, en nous refermant sur le seul faire, la poièsis où on doit « consommer le temps à des fins exclusivement utiles » (Salomon, 1992, p. 203) ou nous permet-t-elle de penser davantage notre nature et existence dans le monde, à donner du sens à nos pratiques, formations, à notre vie, en se basant sur la praxis ? Dans un premier temps nous analysons l'intégration de la technologie en formation d'adultes comme un phénomène socio-économique. Nous continuons avec l'étude des nouvelles technologies dans trois dispositifs de la formation d'adultes à distance. Enfin, nous arrivons à la modélisation de la double alternance entre temps à distance-présence et theórie-pratique
