This article presents a quick review of the different stages of negotiation between the insurgency and the Colombian state, proposals, prospects, unfulfilled agreements and disagreements will be useful now and referents if we speak of a true peace to cease armed confrontation and give step real political solution conditions of misery and exclusion of the bulk of the Colombian population. The same searches through the testimony and reconstruction of the memory create the historical account of the staging of peace in recognition and political strategy in Colombia during the early twentieth century and early twenty-first.El presente artículo presenta un rápido recuento de los diferentes escenarios de negociación entre la insurgencia y el Estado Colombiano, propuestas, perspectivas, acuerdos incumplidos y divergencias que hoy serán de utilidad y referentes si queremos hablar de una verdadera Paz que cese la confrontación armada y dé paso a la solución política real de las condiciones de miseria y exclusión del grueso de la población colombiana.
