Talk delivered in 48th STG Science Working Group Meeting, Germany, 3-4 March 2020Seminar of 1 hour duration to explain the state of the art of innovative techniques os remote sensing using GNSS-R. The audience was EUMETSAT's STG-SWG, the group that provides scientific guidance and assessment of activities relevant to the definition and derivation of new products from EUMETSAT's operational missions, and to the definition of future mission requirements. The focus of the seminar was on GNSS reflectometry and GNSS polarimetric radio occultations
