The following thesis investigates the conditions of possibility for, as well as some of the consequences of, the growing presence of the cinema at the museum. Thus, the first chapter sees us looking back on a number of historical markers for this emerging phenomenon. The second chapter concentrates on shifts pertaining to the figure of the museum curator which it attributes, concomitantly, to the emergence of a cinematic model of exhibition organization and a recent "return of fiction" (Christian Zimmer). Finally, the third chapter proposes a rereading, through the prism of the cinema, of a selection of texts which approach the formation of a modern perceiving subject.
