Many people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) are forced to exit the workforce prematurely due to the unpredictable nature of their disease. Several studies have attempted but failed to explain the majority of the variation seen in employment status in people with MS. Moreover, many of the regression models developed were too simplistic in their representation of work or are outdated as they were conducted in the 1980's.
