本研究以彩色辣椒之子葉及下胚軸為材料,建立彩色辣椒之再生系統。本研究之結果顯示以添加2~3 mg/l 6-BA及l mg/l IAA的MS培養基最適合'PBC776'彩色辣椒的芽體誘導及分化,再移到不添加任何6-BA的MS培養基,培殖體則可順利的分化出根。The objectives of this stidy is to establish the regeneration system of colored chili pepper (Capsicum annuum L.). The cotyledons and hypocotyls were used as initial explants for induction of in vitro regeneration of colored chili pepper. Buds induction and differentiation was achieved on gelled Murashige & Skoog medium (MS) supplemented with 2 to 3 mg/l of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) combined with 1 mg/l of 6 benzylaminopurine) (6-BA). The plantlets were transferred to MS medium with IAA but not BA for subsequent rooting
